Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed within 5-10 business days after payment is received.

Delivery & Tracking
Shipping options and delivery timeframes are shown at checkout. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Responsibility After Dispatch
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, Ratatouille Pet Supplies is not responsible for any lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged parcels. Delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Customers are advised to follow up with the courier directly for any delivery issues.

We are happy to assist you with tracking updates or to help initiate a claim with the courier, but please note that we cannot offer compensation for lost or undelivered items.

Refund & Return Policy

 

No Returns or Refunds

Ratatouille Pet Supplies has a strict no returns and no refunds policy. Please choose your items carefully before placing your order.

 

Exceptions
Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:

  • You receive the wrong item; or

  • There is a clear error made by our team in fulfilling your order.

To report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will assess the case and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.
